Professionals Fees

Search Fee

Upon signing our Assistance Agreement, the client would be invoiced for a one-time Search Fee. This fee covers all professional services itemised in the previous section, up through and including all of the initial visits to those Target Companies short-listed.

If after personally visiting the companies short-listed, the client decides that he does not wish to pursue the acquisition of any of them, for any reason whatsoever, his financial obligations to REDIRECTION would cease.

Monthly Retainer

However, if after the initial visits the client informs us that he does indeed wish to pursue the possible acquisition of one or more of the Targets visited, we would then commence invoicing a fixed monthly retainer. This retainer would be invoiced for a maximum of six months.


All general office expenses would be borne by REDIRECTION. However, if any travel is necessary, the client would be invoiced for travel expenses at cost. However, no trips would ever taken unless absolutely necessary, and never without the client’s prior approval.

Success Fee

REDIRECTION’s standard Success Fee would obviously be invoiced only upon the successful completion of an acquisition, based on the Total Transaction Value, according to the following Lehman’s scale:

5% up to €uros 3 Million

4% between €uros 3 and 6 Million

3% between €uros 6 and 9 Million

2% on the amount that exceeds €uros 9 Million
